Members of the OCTA have the opportunity to take advantage of educational events held throughout the year as well as educational opportunities through print publications. These include:
- The annual summer and winter meetings
- New grower workshops/seminars – learning from other growers
- Quarterly newsletter
- Great Lakes Christmas Tree Journal
- Abbreviated listing on the OCTA web site.
- An Accidental Death policy offered through American Income Life
The OCTA also hosts Operation Evergreen each year and promotes the industry at the Ohio State Fair.
